Thermal Solutions AC and Heating is a Houston HVAC company run by Erick and his partner Evan. We opened in 2025 to do air conditioning and heating the careful way, for homes and businesses.

We believe comfort is a science, and we are dedicated to perfecting it. In practice that means measuring before replacing anything. Pressures, temperatures, airflow and electrical tell us what is wrong, so the repair fixes the cause.
We also treat air conditioning as a craft. Clean line sets, level equipment, sealed connections and a work area left the way we found it. The photos on this site are our own jobs, from mini splits on brick walls to rooftop units set by crane.
We work on residential systems and commercial equipment across Houston, north into Montgomery County, and out to Bryan and College Station.

Air conditioning and heating work in Texas requires a state license. Ours is issued and regulated by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, and you can look it up any time.
We work on residential systems, from ductless mini splits to full split system replacements, and on commercial equipment including packaged rooftop units set by crane.
